Private Hypnotic Sessions with Heather and Scott are available in the office, by phone, or online via (Skype or Zoom). - During the phone consultation we will learn your specific needs and answer any of your questions; of course, you may want to check out our FAQ to discover the answers to many commonly asked questions. And schedule your initial session.
- You can decide to meet in person at our office or virtually on video stream.
- During your initial session, we will work with you to better understand your personal needs and goals for hypnosis.
How do I to prepare to do sessions virtually?
- Clear you schedule for the allotted time. This is YOUR time – be sure you won’t be interrupted. Shut your door, turn off your phone, and get rid of any other distractions.
- Have a warm, comfortable place to sit, recline, or lie down. Have a blanket ready if you might get cold. Comfort is important!
- You may wish to lower the lighting so your eyes are comfortable and rested.
